There is this
Familiar wind
In the Atmosphere.
Making some question why
My Melaninated Skin Is here!
It seems we have been
Fighting this storm
For over four hundred years.
The hatred, the murders,
And discrimination
Brings me to tears!
Day by day,
I question is
This place somewhere
That I truly want To live.
Watching yet another
Melaninated Brother
Or Sister killed!
All the while trying
To stay on The Divine's Plan.
Spreading love and light,
With my pen in my hand!
Trying my best to
Send out good vibrations
To all humanity.
While living in such
An UnGodly World,
full of insanity!
